CONGRATULATIONS to our New Board Members!

March Meeting – Monday, March 18th at 7pm

We will be having our monthly meeting on Monday, March 18th at 7pm.  Please come join us for a great meeting!

As you know, we will be holding our election of new Officers at our meeting on Monday night.  Paper Ballots for our election will be available before the March 18th meeting for last-minute voting. You should have also received an email with an electronic copy of your ballot. When filling out your ballot, please indicate your choice by marking the box next to the candidate’s name or by writing in a candidate’s name (this can ONLY be done if the candidate has agreed to accept the office). Please sign (all ballots are kept confidential) and date your ballot. You may submit your ballot in any of the following ways:

  • Hand your ballot to Vickie M. or Sandy F. at the March meeting.
  • Send your ballot via email to Sandy F. (email was provided in the email sent out on March 6th to all members)
  • Mail your ballot to: Sandy F. (mailing address was provided in the email sent out on March 6th to all members)

Note that ballots will not be accepted after 7:00 p.m. and will be counted at that time.The new officers will be announced at the conclusion of the business meeting.

We will also be working on the Galaxy Needlepoint project by Needle Delights Originals! This year long project was started in January and we will be continuing it at our meeting on Monday.
